Delivery and Returns

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries. We aim to keep everything on our website in stock so that wherever possible we can despatch your order to you within 2-3 days. Please note as Kidz Designs labelled items are unique they may take a little longer but in this eventuality we will always contact you with an estimated dispatch date. If we do not have your item in stock you will not be able to place an order online so please contact us at and we will let you know as soon as the item becomes available.

Delivery Costs

UK mainland and Channel Islands - we charge a standard fee of £3.50 for all deliveries. We usually dispatch goods by 1st Class Royal Mail, though use our discretion with heavier items which may be dispatched by 2nd Class or Parcel Post and may take a little longer.

Europe - we charge a standard fee of £5.00 for your first 3 items plus 50p per additional item.

Worldwide - we charge a standard fee of £7.00 for your first 3 items plus 75p per additional item.

Free Gift Wrapping Service

All items will be gift wrapped free of charge. All of our soft leather baby shoes are presented in a white organza bag (bag size 14 x 18cm). Many other smaller items are presented this way which is outlined in the product details on the website. Larger items are presented in coloured tissue paper, sealed with our special Kidz Designs adhesive labels.

No Quibble Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with any of the items in your order please email us at You can then return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you in full. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Please ensure that you enclose details of your original order number and let us know the reason for your return. We ask that you always retain proof of posting until your return has been processed. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For faulty goods only, we will reimburse your postage costs.

Kidz Designs will be very happy to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed after which we will be unable to cancel your order. Orders are normally processed and sent for delivery on the same day an order is made. To ensure we cancel your order in time please make sure you email us at with your name, address and order number by 2pm on the day you placed the order.  Kidz Designs will contact you via email to confirm your order has been cancelled and your money refunded.
